What we build.
We work across the technology layers most small and mid-size businesses end up needing: networks and voice, identity, AI and automation, and the building systems your physical space runs on. Below is what each one looks like in practice.

Designed. Deployed. Documented.
Every project ends with you owning what we built. Source, runbook, and all.
No referral fees. No lock-in.
02Security posture
C:\HOWL\SOLUTIONS\SERVICES\SECURITY\Built in, not bolted on
Security and hardening aren't a separate engagement at Howl. Every network we design is segmented. Every identity stack we build enforces MFA and conditional access. Every email setup ends with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC at enforce, with MTA-STS in place and authentication that actually authenticates. Every project ends with documentation that includes the security posture, not just the topology. We don't sell security as a separate line item because it shouldn't be one. It should already be there when we leave.

03How we engage
C:\HOWL\SOLUTIONS\ENGAGE\Discovery, design, deploy, document
Every engagement runs through four phases. We prefer fixed-fee where the scope is clear enough to commit to one.
- 01
Discovery
A short paid engagement to map what you have, what you need, and what success looks like. Output is a written assessment with a clear recommendation and a scoped proposal for the next phase. No commitment to continue beyond discovery. The assessment is yours.
- 02
Design
Detailed design of the system, with diagrams, bills of material, configuration documents, and a deployment plan. If we're not doing the deployment ourselves, the design package is complete enough for an internal team or another vendor to execute.
- 03
Deploy
The deployment itself, executed to the design package: staged, configured, tested, and cut over. The plan we wrote in design is the plan we deploy against.
- 04
Document
End-to-end documentation and a structured handoff to whoever runs it day to day. We don't sell ongoing managed services. When we leave, you have the documentation, the access, and the knowledge to run it yourselves or bring in someone who will.
Our standing principles
We don't take vendor referral fees. The recommendation is based on what fits your business, not what pays us the most. We don't lock you into proprietary tooling or ongoing contracts. We don't treat security as a separate line item, because it shouldn't be one. Every project ends with you in full control of what we built, with the security posture documented alongside everything else.
